Here's the little mill below the dam that's for rent in East Calais Vermont. I noticed a picnic table in the lower area downstairs of the mill. That's when I thought, ....'restaurant'....! Of course it would make a really great gallery too and if your motivated, you could probably be very successful with a combination of each. East Calais is located between Montpelier and Hardwick right on State Rt 14. With local traffic to the Capital and tourists visiting the nearby Cabot Cheese Factory you won't have a shortage of customers.
